Breastfeeding is beautiful, and it can also be tough on your skin. Absolute Essential Organic Breast Care Cream is a gentle, certified organic cream made in New Zealand to soothe and nourish breasts and nipples through pregnancy and feeding.

It blends calendula, chamomile, myrrh, arnica, shea and cocoa butter with avocado, apricot and jojoba oils. It's free from synthetic fragrance and parabens and absorbs easily.

How to use

Apply about a quarter teaspoon to each breast after feeding and massage in gently. Follow the full directions on the label. If you have signs of infection or mastitis, such as fever, redness or a hard, painful area, contact your midwife or GP.

Soothes sore and inflamed skin. Protects skin from irritation.

Breast Feeding
Apply 1/4 tsp to each breast after feeding, massage in gently. Repeat as often as required.

Mastitis
Apply 1/2 tsp to each breast after feeding to help clear and prevent blockages.

Sore nipples
Apply directly as much as needed after feeding. Wipe with a warm, wet cloth prior to the next feed.

Tissue strengthening
Apply 1/4 tsp to each breast during pregnancy and after birth to tone breast tissue.

This cream is professionally designed for maternity use and is very safe if applied as directed. Avoid contact with eyes - flush with water. Keep out of reach of children.
