Artemis Hormone Balance Tea is a certified organic herbal formula for women in their reproductive years, to support a regular, comfortable menstrual cycle and natural fertility.

Its key herb is Vitex agnus-castus (chaste tree berry), traditionally used in Western herbal medicine for menstrual balance. It's blended with calendula and cinnamon for a warm, gentle cup you can drink every day.

Who it suits

Women with irregular or uncomfortable cycles, those coming off hormonal contraception, and women preparing to conceive. Herbal support for the cycle usually works gradually, so give it at least 2–3 cycles. Each dose contains 1000mg of certified organic loose herbs of:

Vitex agnus castus fructus (Chaste Tree berries)
Calendula officinalis flos (Calendula flowers)
Cinnamomum verum cortex (Cinnamon)
Mentha x piperita herba (Peppermint)
Rubus idaeus folium (Raspberry leaf)
Achillea millefolium herba (Yarrow leaf)

DIRECTIONS

Use 1 level tsp (1000mg) per cup (150ml) and infuse with boiling water for 5-10 minutes.

RECOMMENDED DOSAGE

3 cups daily, for 8-12 weeks or until cycle is considered normal.

For further support, continue with 1 cup daily in the second half of your cycle.

STORAGE

Close tightly and keep away from heat and moisture.

Filled by weight, contents may settle.
