Spring water, non-palm vegetable glycerin, citric acid and salt.

Recommended dosage:
Adults: 5ml - max dose: 5ml 4 x daily (20ml)
Children (2-12 years): 2.5ml - max dose: 2.5ml 4 x daily (10ml)
