All efforts are made to provide accurate descriptions and imagery of the products we stock. However, we cannot guarantee that product images or listed ingredients are 100% accurate, complete, or current. Please read product labels carefully upon receipt.
We reserve the right to:
Change product offerings or prices at any time without notice
Limit quantities available for sale
Discontinue products without prior notice
If a product becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we will notify you promptly and offer a suitable alternative or refund.

Orders, Payments & Pricing
Orders placed through our website are considered final once payment is confirmed. We accept secure payments through Stripe. All prices are listed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST where applicable.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. In such cases, you will be contacted and refunded in full.
Returns & Exchanges
We’re here to make things right - thoughtfully and fairly.
At The Humble Store, we stand by the quality and integrity of every product we stock. If something’s not quite right with your order, we’re happy to offer a credit or exchange on full-priced items, as long as the following conditions are met:
Eligible for Return or Exchange
The item is in saleable condition, in its original packaging, and unopened, unused, and undamaged
All tags and seals (if applicable) are still intact
The return request is made within 14 days of the purchase date
A valid proof of purchase (e.g. invoice or order confirmation) is provided
Not Eligible for Return
Items that have been opened, used, or are not in original condition
Products returned after 14 days from the date of purchase
Sale or discounted items, unless the product is deemed faulty
Returns due to change of mind - we’re a small business and unable to process returns for items you no longer want, so please choose carefully
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you've received a product that is:
Faulty or defective (not caused by misuse)
Incorrect (not the item you ordered)
We will happily replace, credit, or refund the item, including any return shipping charges incurred. Please provide a copy of your return shipping receipt so we can reimburse you.
How to Return an Item
To return an item, please contact us first at hello@humblestore.co.nz with your order number and reason for return. If approved, we’ll provide you with return address details and instructions on how to proceed.
Please ensure returns are sent via a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
Note: Return shipping is at the buyer’s expense, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the item you would like in exchange is unavailable, we will offer a store credit instead.
