Dandelion Root (taraxacum officinale), Peppermint (mentha piperita), Cinnamon (Cinnamomum verum)*, Ginger (Zingiber officinale)*, Fennel (Foeniculum volgare)*, Milk Thistle (Silybum marianum), Globe Artichoke (Cynara scolymus)*, Vanilla, Blue Cornflower (Centaurea cyanus).
*Organic. Non-organic herbs are used when organic herbs are unavailable. -
Steep & Serve:
Use 1-2 tsp. per 250ml cup.
Place in a teapot or strainer and infuse for 5-15 minutes, depending on preferred taste.
Enjoy 1-3 times daily, hot or cold.
Slow & Strong:
Use 2-3tsp. per 250ml cup.
Place in a teapot or jar and infuse for 6-8 hours or overnight.
Strain and keep in the fridge for 48 hours.
Enjoy cold or top up with hot water.
