When selecting our cacao we only choose the most delicious and exceptional cacao we can find with a complex flavour profile and superior texture. We think it’s the best cacao in the world! As an additional step for product purity, we also ensure our cacao paste meets the Australian standards for safe low levels of cadmium. Cacao Paste is a 50:50 ratio of naturally occurring cacao powder and cacao butter. As cacao butter does not contain cadmium, the overall cadmium content is under the Australian regulation.
